Meet m.o.v.e.

m.o.v.e. is a bootcamp style exercise program
for individuals
within 10 years of diagnosis,
which harnesses neuroplasticity through
volitional movement patterns.

Vision

With volition and community at the core, our vision is for every individual diagnosed with Parkinson’s to participate in a m.o.v.e. bootcamp within five years of diagnosis, building strength, resilience, and meaningful support together.

Mission

Our mission is to deliver expert-designed, neuroplasticity-driven movement programs that strengthen body and mind while keeping m.o.v.e. low-cost and community-powered through our pay-it-forward model.

The m.o.v.e. team is made up of experienced clinicians who believe deeply in the power of movement, early intervention, and community. Together, we bring a mix of expertise, heart, humor, and unwavering dedication to supporting individuals with Parkinson’s disease.
